Within 30 days of delivery, 100% of product value may be refunded. The piece must be returned unused, with all certificates and the original invoice, by insured courier such as UPS or FedEx. This includes gemstones set in gold or silver as rings, pendants, and talismans.
Shipping, handling, and appraisal charges, if applicable. Labour charges for making rings or pendants. On domestic returns from the United States, 3% of order value is deducted for GST. Card and payment-gateway charges paid to process the order are also excluded.
From day 31 onward there is no cash refund. Exchange only, subject to inspection and available inventory.
This policy is registered with tax authorities and legal agencies. No refund is processed without the original invoice. Please keep your papers safely.
